Lynn Graznak makes art from the collision of disparate elements to create a multileveled dialogue between the surreal and the mundane. A multi-talented, community taught craftsperson, her work includes knitting, weaving, stitchery, felting, printing original photos on silk, doll making, 3D collage, wood and metal construction in combination with original poetry and fiction.
Her exhibit at JAM, “I Dream the Ghosts of Houses” is Graznak’s first foray into video art, including elements projected onto textiles.
On display at Junction Arts & Media from May 5- May 31.
