Chico Eastridge

Chico Eastridge is known as our Professional Plugger-Inner. Chico is a professional formula-1 race car driver, with a sexy accent, and a devil may care attitude. From humble roots, amongst the vineyards of Burgundy, Chico Eastridge tinkered with the emerging e-commerce market and became disgustingly rich. After graduating from his nautical high school, which traveled the world via outrigger canoe, Chico attended Brown University where he majored in sword fighting, minored in back flips, and had more fun than just about anybody. You can find him nowadays staring listlessly into space with a smug expression on his face.

Nick Arvizu

Nick helps out where help is needed. Part time assistant, scheduler, and editor. He searched for this position in hopes to fulfill his destiny in the film industry. Nick is one of those ‘writers’ that has yet to put pen to paper. Big dreams of one day writing a script for film or joining a writers room. Nick has had a few side gigs of ‘acting’ over the years. He has done background work on films such as Grown Ups, Here Comes the Boom, Detroit (2017) and a couple others. He also hosts a podcast about bad movies.

Jordyn Fitch (they/them) is a filmmaker, media educator, community organizer, and professional rabble–rouser from South Florida who loves complicated board games and organizing the working class. They live in Lebanon, NH with their lovely wife and slightly wilting plants.

Cedar O’Dowd

Hi, I’m Cedar (they/them)! I’m an aspiring screenwriter and director. I grew up in the DC area, but spent the last four years out west completing my undergraduate degree in film and media studies at Colorado College, before making my way to the Upper Valley. When I’m not working on my own films or producing CATV projects, I enjoy cooking, roller skating at Riverside park, and exploring Vermont’s unique, natural wonders.

Kate Barber

Kate started getting serious about photography about 25 years ago. Over that time she has done weddings, sports photography and all types of portrait photography. Kate is a photobook designer as well as a skilled media conversion specialist. She has lived most of her life here in the Upper Valley with her husband and four children. This past year she was living in Mystic, CT working as a media conversion technician. There she converted all types of media, from old slide and film reels to home videos and still photos, into a digital format. Kate is grateful to be back home and working with the amazing JAM team.

Laura Di Piazza

Laura Di Piazza has been a community builder and a development professional since 2014. She has led successful year-end appeals, coordinated special events including community outreach, and provided full-cycle grant management.  Laura, who has a Master of Fine Arts degree, is also a freelance professional calligrapher and calligraphy instructor. She’s taught calligraphy at Society of Scribes in NYC, Center for Cartoon Studies, Dartmouth College, Enfield and Howe Libraries, AVA, Artistree, and at many more amazing organizations.

Laura was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and spent most of her preschool years living in Asmara, Eritrea and in a suburb of Rome, Italy; her maternal and paternal ancestral homelands. She relocated to the Upper Valley in 2008 with her family, and is thrilled to serve as JAM’s new Development and Communications Director.

Mike Cannon

Mike Cannon (he/him) has been an active creative member in several local visual-arts, music, and media groups including Here in the Valley (HiTV), EatVermont (instagram), Rocket in Vermont (instagram), and JAM. He has a background in music, sculpture, art and design (2D, 3D), and MAKING of all kinds, yet finds the medium of story-telling through video creation to be the most unifying and socially activating. Excited by the recent accessibility of low-cost, universally available media technology, Mike is dedicated to helping others skillfully tell stories and share their experiences in a compelling way that effectively ties them to the larger community of creators shaping our world through grassroots media involvement. From an undergrad arts education beginning in 1999, Mike has “sailed” through a Naval enlistment, Drexel College of Engineering, house renovating and homesteading in Vermont, and most recently a Design & Media studies degree at CCV—and in doing so developed a skill to merge large disciplines with each other and find connections between normally isolated paradigms. In teaching and in media creation, from the mundane to the exciting to the humorous, Mike dives deep into the world around him, always honing his compassion-driven and inclusive approach to communicating ideas—because the right video in front of the right person has changed and will continue to change the world.

Jan Abbott

(She/Her) Jan is a Vermont native with a lifelong passion for photography and videography, gaining knowledge and information and putting it into practice in the field. She is also a member of the Vermont/New Hampshire photography group (formerly known as the Quechee area Camera Club). She is a kind and willing worker.

Rayce Gilbert

Maeve Littau

Maeve is a graduating senior (2023) at Dartmouth College where they are majoring in Government, with a focus on political violence. They are interested in community organizing and public policy, as well as amateur filmmaking.

Noah Mauchly

Noah Mauchly is an animator and short filmmaker born and raised in New Hampshire. He is a 2020 graduate of Kingston University’s School of Art and currently works as a freelance animator and for YouTube under the moniker Noah Sportsman. His first film, MOUSE was completed in 2021 and has been screened in several festivals across the US and Europe. He has recently moved to the Upper Valley and is excited to be a part of the community.

Richard Neugass

Rick Russell

Rick Russell discovered a love for photography in seventh grade when he got a camera from his uncle Warren. He later got a degree in graphic arts but found his real interest was photojournalism, finding moments to share with viewers.  He has worked as a freelancer for area newspapers (and will cover almost anything but weddings!) using photography to explore the world. More recently,  taking inspiration from the likes of Isadore “Izzy” Bleckman, he has turned his attention to learning the craft of video production. When not behind a camera he likes to play in the woods and mountains.

Beatrice Couser

Bea works at a local public library, where they dedicate their time to championing the freedom to read and ensuring that everyone has access to a wealth of information. They believe that a well-informed community is a thriving community, and they strive consistently to create an inclusive space for all patrons.

Kelsie Hogue

Kelsie (She/He) is a man of the people and a woman of many words. She joins the JAM team as a multimedia musician, with an emphasis on all things audio. After years in Brooklyn promoting and touring his debut album and getting black mold poisoning (twice!!), she is delighted to be back in her native Upper Valley and reconnect with her community in a whole new way.

Toby Critchfield

Toby is a JAM Camp alum and volunteer. She got into JAM because she really wanted to be on screen and become an actor.  Toby gained interest in camera work and directing after doing JAM for 2 years.  Toby’s main hobbies are drawing, singing, guitar, and taking care of animals.

Kevin Donovan

Kevin has been involved in theater productions since junior high school with experience in acting, lighting and sound, stage crew, and props.  He volunteered for PBS station channel 24 in Hartford, CT in the 70s. Before retiring, he worked as an Electronics Technician at USPS White River Junction. He is currently working to advance his digital photography and video production skills at JAM.

Ali Reza Punjani

Ali was born and raised in a small rural town outside of Atlanta, GA called Covington – famous for being the filming site for Remember the Titans, American Pie, and The Vampire Diaries. He was a former producer for TEDx in the Southeast and is an active comedy writer and standup comic. Ali is currently in graduate school studying marketing at Dartmouth College. When he’s not working on creative or school-related projects, he enjoys reading, watching films, spending money on coffee, sharing time with loved ones, and exploring Vermont.

Kushal Jayakumar

Kushal Jayakumar is Dartmouth College Class of 2026 Film and Media Studies major. He has a deep interest in science communication and is passionate about exploring how cinematic storytelling can capture and convey genuine curiosity about the world. Throughout his studies, he has developed strong skills in team management and leadership, often stepping into directing roles on various projects. However, he is also dedicated to improving his cinematography skills, as he knows that mastering the craft of visual storytelling is essential for creating impactful films. He believes that filmmaking is 1% art and 99% craft, and is eager to immerse himself in the techniques and processes that will allow him to express his vision effectively.

Keerthana Srinivasan

Keerthana Srinivasan aka Keena (she/her) is an aspiring cartoonist/comic artist. She is from Bangalore, India. She’s currently a student at the Center for Cartoon Studies, pursuing her MFA. She used to be a software engineer in her previous avatar. She loves to stretch, sketch, sing and be silent.

Jakob Breitbach 

An event and livestream producer with JAM, Jakob had his first Suzuki violin lesson at age 3, on a paperback copy of “The Hobbit” and a wooden spoon. He earned his BA in Jazz & Classical Violin from Cornish College of the Arts (Seattle, WA), toured internationally with his wife Jes Raymond, and eas performed with Bill Monroe (at age 8) and  with Yo-Yo Ma.  He hosts a weekly acoustic jam session at The Filling Station (WRJ).  An ardent music educator, Jakob teaches private lessons and a jamCAMP director for CATV.  Jakob is also a Producer and the Musical Director for HiTV – Here In The Valley, a media and events production organization, expanding the creative flow in the Upper Valley and to the world beyond.

Jackson Cashman

Jackson is a filmmaker from Orlando, Florida with an interest in production design and cinematography. He studied Film and Media Studies and English at Dartmouth College and was employed as a library fellow at Dartmouth’s Jones Media Center. Jackson cares very deeply about community arts and arts accessibility and was glad to be working for CATV as a producer before moving to NYC to pursue his career in film production design.

Liz Kourbatski

My name is Liza Kourbatski, I am seventeen years old and a senior at Lebanon High School. CATV has been a part of my life since sixth grade when I attended one of CATV’s camps. It was a music video camp, where we recorded our own music and video, but what drew me in was the video editing. Since then I have participated in a few film competitions held by CATV and am thankful that I am able to continue to be a part of the JAM/CATV community because the atmosphere and people there are amazing!

Chris Lehmann

Chris is a composer, digital media producer, and musician. In his 10+ years of producing he has released over 30 original songs, and created many tutorial videos on YouTube to help others interested in music production. After helping to launch CATV’s podcast production platform and producing government meetings, he recently took a position as A/V Technician for a pharmaceutical company in Boston.

Simon Reed

Simon grew up in Lebanon, New Hampshire and recently completed the conservatory program at Peridance Contemporary Ballet in Manhattan. He is now  studying filmmaking and working as a Production Assistant for CATV where he works on a variety of projects including music festivals, commercials, and visual effects for local

Kealin Rooney

Kealin Rooney is a film student returning home to the Upper Valley for the summer. She enjoys film, TV, and the woods of Vermont. Part of her responsibilities at CATV include working with kids as a camp counselor and recording community events.

Quinn Thomashow

Quinn is a filmmaker, musician, and educator with a deep passion for community. She recently graduated from Hampshire College, where she studied Experimental Filmmaking. Quinn primarily works in 16mm and super 8 film and has a passion for hand processing images, as well as experimenting with natural developing techniques.

Loren Howard

Loren Howard is a local musician and filmmaker who has lived in the Upper Valley his entire life, and in recent years has dedicated his creative efforts on participating in local media development. Studying Film and TV Production at Keene State College, Loren works on shorts and series in a plethora of different roles: sound/score, writing/directing, casting/producing, and coloring/editing. Now, Loren works as a producer with CATV, bringing local content to life.

David Eric

I’m from Los Angeles, California. I completed my bachelors degree in Painting/Art History at CCA in San Francisco. Having never studied film-making in art school, I taught myself various aspects of film/photography/editing by making short films and working in Community Television. Being naturally shy, I feel most comfortable in front of a canvas or behind the camera.

Charlie Rose

“I am a digital artist who works at JAM part time. I like cold and damp spaces. I enjoy using projection and threshold filters. My favorite Sony Vegas effect is the gradient map. My preferred subtitle font is a medium Helvetica in yellow, with a thin black outline. In the future I hope to work in more community art spaces. Thank you”

Lia Golec

Lia Golec is an up and coming writer, editor and director raised in Vermont. She harbors a deep passion for storytelling of all kinds, especially fantasy and science fiction. Lia has made multiple short films including Acadia, Wolf’s Door, and most recently, Holly and the Wolf. Interning at JAM for the summer, she is excited to learn more about the craft of filmmaking. While not at work, Lia can be found paddle boarding, biking, or putting off writing by watching youtube videos.

George Spencer

George creates the on-air schedule for CATV’s cable channels and seeks new program sources for CATV’s streaming services, social media and weekly highlights. His documentary “shorts” series, based on his book “Courage 101,” may be watched through the CATV Video On-demand library. George has spoken as an AVA Mudroom storyteller, performs in theatrical events with the Parish Players, and is the former Executive Editor of the Dartmouth Alumni Magazine.

Jefferson Everest Crawford

I am a post-grad intern in the Film & Media Studies Department at Dartmouth College. I am in love with the technical and the poetic aspects of filmmaking equally. I feel that filmmaking is a collaborative art form through which we can share our most personal stories in a safe and inspiring way.

Harry Beaupre

One time when he was a kid he held his breath underwater for 20 seconds when all the other kids couldn’t even crack 5.  You may hear him talk about that one from time to time.  It’s best to just pretend like you’d never heard it before.  I don’t know, man.  He seemed to just hang out at JAM long enough that he got offered a job. He’s not sure how he ended up here, either. He’s having fun, though.  Oh also for some reason he’s great at taking care of other people’s plants but just absolute garbage with his own.  And he likes art.  “Did you put the thing about how long I held my breath?”

Simeon Morrow

Simeon Morrow works at the intersection of classical music and new media as an orchestral
conductor and Host/Producer of the Vienna Live with Simeon Morrow show.  Through his work,
Simeon aspires to bring the world of classical music to those who have yet to discover it and use
it to enrich everyday life.

Drew Boyce

Drew Boyce is an incoming sophomore at The University of Massachusetts Amherst and is home for the summer. He is interested in working in the film industry but unsure what he wants to do, and his internship with JAM has been a great opportunity for him to dip his foot into the industry and discover his passions.
