October jamLAB Weekend Intensive: Directing the Actor for the Camera & Camera for the Actor

This one-day, hands-on workshop will explore the director’s role in bringing about powerful performances on camera. Participants will jump in on both sides of the camera – as directors, camera operators, and actors – in exercises taken from published narrative screenplays. Participants are also invited to share originally scripted scenes for activities ahead of time for workshopping with the group. Suited for all levels, no previous experience required. All equipment will be provided.
