Episodes
Episode 2: In this podcast, I interview Sue, age 93, who I met in a media class for seniors that we took together at the Junction Arts Media Center (JAM) to learn to solve our media mysteries! Sue has many gems to share about how she keeps her life vibrant and joyful.
Episode 1: Martha is a 92-year-old woman who is a wonderful artist. She became an SGI Buddhist in her mid-eighties, a philosophy and practice that have sustained her and given her life meaning. This conversation reflects her playfulness and open-mindedness. Her daughter, Leah, joins us partway through the conversation. A highlight is when the two of them break into song!
